TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to make a claim you must have activated your guarantee within 30 days of the date of purchase and have obtained a guarantee number.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the device on which the product was applied.
The limited warranty will be effective for a period not to exceed one (1) year beginning with the original purchase date. The guaranteed payment is limited to $100 for the Nanoprotect+ Liquid Screen Protector.
The Nanoprotect + Liquid Screen Protector is fully warranted against defects in workmanship. If the Nanoprotect+ Liquid Screen Protector is properly installed and your device experiences screen breakage, or material damage to the screen during the limited warranty period, Nanoprotect + will reimburse up to $100 only upon replacement of the screen.
The warranty does not cover breakage or material damage to the device itself resulting from catastrophic damage that renders it inoperable, including but not limited to liquid damage and destruction of the device.
It does not cover damage that may result from non-normal use or misuse of the device or any damages caused voluntary.
In the event that repairs other than the screen are required as part of the breakage, the warranty will not be applicable as the cause of the replacement of the glass is the result of a non warranty clause. For the warranty to be applicable, only the glass of the screen must have been damaged.
The warranty does not cover damage to your screen if the Nanoprotect + Liquid Screen Protector is not properly installed on your device. (Please follow the instructions inside the package for proper installation of the Nanoprotect + Liquid Screen Protector).
Nanoprotect+ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its product or due to an act of God.
If everything is in order, you will receive an email from our customer service department that will process your claim.
